Teen/Youth Therapy
Teens need a safe space to speak openly and truthfully without fear of judgment. Therapy with Hanna is a safe and comfortable space where you can feel free to be authentically you, without holding back. Radical honesty is encouraged, and no topic is off limits.
In therapy, we can explore ways to get unstuck, release anxiety, navigate challenging relationships, and cope with big feelings. Many effective coping strategies exist, and we’ll work together to find ones that work for you.
When therapy is effective, teens feel confident and empowered to live life to the fullest.
Adult Individual Therapy
Explore your experiences and responses in a safe and non-judgmental space. My approach is individualized, client-centered, and collaborative.
Here, you will feel supported to make meaningful changes towards the person you want to be, so you can show up and engage authentically with who and what is most important.
Together, we will work to understand the root of your concerns and develop sustainable strategies for positive change.
You get to set the pace and choose what we talk about. When parts of yourself are scared to move forward, we can be curious and explore what would help you feel most comfortable.
Couples Therapy
Our therapy practice is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for all couples, regardless of background, identity, or relationship structure. We understand that each relationship is unique, and our approach is centred around respect, empathy, and understanding.

Family Therapy/Parent Support
Families are empowered to support each other by discovering new ways of communicating, changing disruptive behaviour patterns, and learning to deeply validate each other’s emotional experiences.
I approach therapy with a systemic lens that recognizes the family dynamics that play an essential role in the mental and emotional well-being of family members and the family as a whole.
Additionally, I provide specialized family-based treatment (FBT) for families of youth who are experiencing eating disorders and seeking full recovery.
