Hi, I’m Hanna

Before starting therapy, you might be wondering if healing is possible. You could be feeling stuck and discouraged and unsure if you’ll ever feel better. I promise it’s possible.

I am a Registered Social Worker (BCASW #14141) with a Master of Social Work (clinical specialization) from the University of British Columbia.

I am passionate about mental health, and I feel incredibly honored to work with my clients.

I specialize in counselling youth (12-19), their families, and adults who are experiencing eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, and/or trauma.

Time and time again, witnessing clients find themselves, see their worth, and live fulfilling lives is what motivates me.

Therapist & Social Worker

Therapy is vulnerable and such a brave path. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to open up and explore their experiences and emotions.

My approach is deeply rooted in trauma-informed and strengths-based care. I stay grounded and regulated so we can weather any storm together.

Working with a counsellor can be an effective way to increase self-awareness and make meaningful changes in your life. Are you interested? Through our collaborative work together, I aim to help you harness your strengths and resources and take action toward living a life you feel is fulfilling.

I believe in:

  • healing and recovery

  • capacity to change

  • the power of connection and community

  • nature as a healer

  • your ability to build yourself a meaningful and fulfilling life

All parts of you are welcome here.

Even the parts you feel you have to hide.

All parts of you are trying their best.

All parts of you deserve understanding.

Even the parts you feel you have to hide. All parts of you are trying their best. All parts of you deserve understanding.

When I’m not working, I love walking my dog, surfing, hiking, playing volleyball, and eating food with friends.

I am a cisgender white settler descendant living and working on the unceded traditional territory of the W̱SÁNEĆ, Lewkwungen, Songhees, and Esquimalt peoples. It is an incredible privilege to call these lands my home, and to live, work, and play on them.
